Concierge Transport Service
Pick up & Delivery according to your specifications. Multi level, moving furniture, disassembling furniture or beds, and/or measuring/placement after cleaning. Call for an in home consult prior to pick up, to determine additional fee.
We always use extreme caution when transporting your rugs. Please note, we will not be held responsible for damages to doors, walls, floors, windows, furniture, objects, door frames, or any other items encountered in the process of removing and returning your order.
How Long Does it Take?
5-10 Working Days for immersion cleaning.
(EXPRESS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDTL FEE)
If you have rugs with multiple stains, or with dyes that are unstable, those will take additional time, especially on wool, cotton, and silk/viscose rugs. 100% stain removal is not guaranteed but we always do our absolute best!
