Pricing:  It is understandable to do some comparison shopping when purchasing rug services.  However, our specialized process of full submersion washing is simply unavailable anywhere else in NW Arkansas.  When selecting a cleaner, be sure that the company you choose is clear about the level of service they will provide - before you make your final decision.  

 Time frame: We will normally need  5-10 working days to complete a full rug wash.  Tufted rugs will take longer to process than woven and knotted rugs.  Rugs that have dye instability, heavy/impacted soiling, excessive dog hair, excessive odor, staining, mildew contamination, or exisiting damages will take longer to process.
